Plot on the first line by the sea Kotor

We offer joint construction of a building on the first line by the sea in the Strp settlement, Kotor municipality. The plot area is 811m², and it has a conceptual design plan that includes a villa of 425m². It is also possible to create a new conceptual design plan utilizing the maximum buildable area of 648m² gross floor space plus underground garages. For this plot, we also have UT conditions for building construction. We are seeking an investor interested in building the structure, with an agreement that the owner will receive 25–30% of the total constructed area.
